Mekong Wallet
Mekong Bếp does not give cash back. Every refund goes to your Mekong Wallet and is deducted automatically from your next order.
Weekly plan
Credited to your Wallet if you cancel before 18:00 on the Friday before the delivery week.
Monthly plan
Whole weeks that have not started and whose Friday 18:00 closing has not passed are credited to your Wallet. Each week is one quarter of the plan price. The founder plan is treated like the monthly plan.
Missing, wrong or cold meal
If a meal is missing, wrong, or below 60°C when delivered, you get one meal back after we check.
Pause
A monthly plan can be paused for up to 2 weeks per quarter. Validity is extended accordingly.
Delivery fees
When the plan ends, the fees for days paid but not delivered go to your Mekong Wallet.
Transfer mistakes
If you pay too much or twice, the excess goes to your Mekong Wallet. If you pay too little, we message you to send the rest.
