A Bà Point is any place that receives 5 or more boxes a day in the same wave: a building lobby, an office or a home. The boxes can belong to different people. Any point with 25 boxes or more in a week gets free delivery, however far it is.
A point's status is set at 18:00 on Friday for the following week. If your point reaches 25 boxes partway through, the delivery fees you paid for those days go to your Mekong Wallet.

Chef's tip for far zones: put the meal on a plate and give it 1 minute in the office microwave to bring out all its flavours. (Beyond 8 km, we can't guarantee it arrives hot.)
How delivery fees work
Delivery fees cover the delivery days within your packs' period (up to 5 days for a week pack, 20 for a month pack), paid upfront in the same QR code, on a separate invoice line. Days paid but not delivered go to your Mekong Wallet when the plan ends. The 10% monthly discount applies to meals only.
Beyond 8 km, meals travel with a courier service, so we can't guarantee they arrive hot. You tick a box to accept this before paying.
Ordering for the whole household
One person pays and buys one or more packs, and the meals are shared by up to 5 others: partner, children, colleagues. Each person has at most one meal a day, delivered at home, at work or at a Bà Point. A colleague wants to try one meal? Just add their name. One transfer, one invoice.
